Step-by-Step Guides

Adding Recipes to the Recipe Database

The Recipe Database is your go-to spot for organizing all your favorite recipes, whether you’re adding them manually or using a quick web tool. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Duplicate the Blank Recipe Card template: In the Recipe Database, find the blank recipe card template. Click the three dots (…) in the top-right corner and select Duplicate.
  2. Fill Out Recipe Details: Enter the recipe name, cuisine, author, and any other important details like calories, macros, or servings.
  3. Categorizing Recipes: Tag your recipe with appropriate categories like cuisine and label. This ensures it appears correctly on the Main Page and in groupings.
  4. Adding Images: Upload an image to give your recipe a visual touch. Simply click on the image field and select a photo from your device.
